This is a new role and part of our small and highly capable Technology team. As the Technical Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our people, providing technical support across a diverse range of managed services.
Dealing with straightforward to moderately complex technical matters, including software and hardware issues, as well as troubleshooting network connectivity problems, key responsibilities include:
We are looking for an organised and focused individual who has a passion for IT, and a willingness to learn new technologies and take on new tasks. You ideally have a mix of the following experience and skills:
