We’re looking to add to our talented and high performing Marketing and Revenue team with an amazing Regular Giving Officer.
Reporting directly to our Regular Giving Manager, this role will be ultimately responsible for supporting the Regular Giving team to maintain and develop the Regular Giving program – with particular focus on retention.
Our ideal candidate is someone with at least 3 years experience in fundraising administration, experienced with CRM database (Salesforce preferred) in a fundraising or Marketing environment and also experienced in executing retention activities to improve retention rates.
In addition, you are highly organised with strong time management skills, are able to be flexible and adaptable, have high empathy, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and genuinely thrives in a dynamic environment.
