Due to our exciting expansion into care for all cancer, we are growing as an organisation. This is a new role and part of our Nursing Program team who is the engine room behind placing and supporting McGrath Cancer Care Nurses across the country.
Reporting to the Head of Nursing Program, you will play a key part in overseeing the lifecycle of Health Service Agreements. More specifically, main responsibilities include:
Our ideal candidate has tertiary qualifications ideally in a health-related field and or business administration field, 5+ years in a health-related role with experience in contract management procurement, project expenditure and delivering organisational outcomes, along with experience in stakeholder management requiring strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution capability.
Critical to success in this role will be excellence in time management with the proven ability to oversee several projects at once, make sound judgments, provide keen attention to detail, prioritise and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and financial problem-solving skills and familiarity with risk management frameworks in a health care setting are other key areas of expertise we are looking for.
