More about the role:

Reporting to the Brand and Marketing Manager, the Brand and Marketing Officer will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in the development and implementation of marketing and communications programs across key channels.

It is a diverse role and no two days will be the same. The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns, across direct, digital and owned channels.
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Daily social community management.
  • Managing external agency partners from briefing through to delivery & reporting.
  • Content creation and coordination including copywriting, photography and videography (external videography agency support).

Who we are looking for:

For this role, we are looking for an individual with a mix of the following experience, qualifications, and skills:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience (3-4 years) in marketing.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful multi-channel campaigns utilising direct, digital and owned channels.
  • Strong project management skills required, experience with new/refreshed brand rollouts across multiple touchpoints preferred.
  • Proven experience working in a team and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working in and across key digital marketing channels and platforms, including: Meta Ads Manager, Google Suite (GA, GTM, Ads), eDM builder (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred and website CMS (Wordpress preferred).
