We are currently seeking an experienced Case Manager to take on a caseload of clients in the Wallan, Kilmore, Broadford, Seymour region. This is a great opportunity to work with Community Care organisation with a reputation for excellence.

To join the McArthur team, you will need:

• Relevant experience in case management of clients on home care packages
• Tertiary Qualifications in Nursing or Allied Health
• Able to commit to 4-5 days per week (Mon - Fri)
• Strong knowledge of CDC and HCP legislation
• Experience working with a care management software package
