We are currently seeking to fill a Systems Lead position to cover a 12-month maternity leave period with possible extension.
This role will Report to the Director Quality, Compliance & Systems and you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery and management of key systems including client management systems (specifically Salesforce as the organisation will be moving forward with a full implementation of this system over the next 12 months) and other corporate management system to agreed priorities, timeframes, and continual improvement of platforms. This is expected to be achieved through the effective liaison with key service delivery and corporate staff including a close working relationship with the ICT Team, identification and management of issues impacting achievement of milestones and identification and management of project issues.
