MarionLIFE invites applications for our Wellbeing, Training and Compliance Coordinator role, responsible for coordinating the work towards, and achievement of, Australian Service Excellence Standards (ASES) Accreditation, including the establishment or updating of systems for practical implementation of the ASES Standards that supports overall workplace wellbeing for staff, volunteers and community.

The role is suitable for a person with qualifications and/or experience in policy development, wellbeing, training, risk, compliance, quality assurance. It involves coordinating the preparation for ASES Accreditation Assessment, implementation of a Training Matrix for identified training and wellbeing focus areas for staff and volunteers, and supporting internal communication of, and compliance to, policies and procedures.

This is a paid role, and available for a six month contract January – June 2024. The position is part-time 0.2 (one day a week), with the option for hours to be spread out over two days.
