About Manor Court Werribee Aged Care

Manor Court is a not-for-profit residential aged care home in the heart of Werribee. We were established by the community for the community over 45 years ago, and pride ourselves on delivering a homestyle alternative to residents. We offer permanent, respite and dementia care in a warm and welcoming environment.

We are looking for someone that is excited by this approach and can flexibly meet changing needs and think 'outside the box' when it comes to engaging residents in their interests.

This role is also responsible for building, driving and motivating a team of lifestyle assistants and volunteers. It is also responsible for expanding our volunteer base to drive community engagement and participation within Manor Court.

This role will also lead and facilitate fundraising activities in collaboration with the CEO and Executive General Manager.
