Mala'la Health Service is looking for a full-time Aged Care & Community Services Manager based in Maningrida, NT.
This role oversees the operations of Mala’la Flexible Aged Care and Community Services, reports to the Executive Health Manager, and is responsible for ensuring optimal service delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
Mala’la Health Service is a respected & accredited Aboriginal Corporation providing services to the seaside community of Maningrida (520 km east of Darwin), with a population of approximately 3,000 people. These services include Primary Health Care, Aged & Community Care, Family & Community Wellness, Drugs & Alcohol Services.
Mala'la's vision is to improve the health and well-being of people in the Maningrida community and surrounding outstations.
To qualify, you will need current Nursing registration as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse with AHPRA. Extensive experience in Aged Care Management will also be considered essential, while prior experience in a remote Aboriginal community will be held in high regard.

The successful candidate will receive an attractive salary up to $136,000 (dependent on skills & experience) plus 11% super, alongside a wide range of benefits, including:
