Situated within MacKillop’s dedicated Finance and Business Services Unit, the Fleet Support Officer will be instrumental in providing high quality assistance to the Fleet Manager. The position will deliver support in the management of MacKillop’s vehicle fleet, FBT records, insurance claims, infringements, invoices and other relevant administration duties, as well as assist in the daily operation of managing the vehicle fleet, including vehicle changeovers and accurately maintaining all vehicle database records.
This position based in our Head Office, which is located the heart of South Melbourne. This is an ongoing, full-time role reporting to the Fleet Manager. Some travel may be required.
