Step into a pivotal role at the heart of the Safe at Home project, where your organisational skills and proactive mindset will help shape the success of an exciting and impactful trial.
As the Safe at Home Administrator, you'll be the engine behind the scenes—bringing people together, keeping projects on track, and ensuring every detail is executed with precision. From coordinating key meetings and workshops to preparing high-quality briefing papers and capturing insightful minutes, you'll keep the team aligned and informed.
You’ll also manage timelines, track progress through quarterly reports, and make sure action items turn into accomplishments. Reporting directly to the Safe at Home Manager, you'll be a vital contributor to the success of the broader Safe at Home initiative.

This is a Permanent Part-Time (22.8 hours per week) opportunity based in Footscray and reports to our McAuley Program Manager – Safe at Home.
