Who We're Looking For:

Are you an experienced Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Do you love being the go-to person for stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, or team support? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

The role could potentially offer a balance of being town-based, with approximately 60-70% of your time spent working in the community or, community based where community-based housing would be provided non-local applicants—giving you a chance to connect with the people and places that make this region so special.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Coordinate aged care services across assigned council locations, ensuring service continuity, continuous improvement and legislative compliance.
  • Ensure the service is delivered in a culturally appropriate manner, in line with community development principles, committing to the continual development of corporate knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with staff, clients, families, and health professionals to identify client needs and make recommendations within a consumer directed care model of service delivery.
  • Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference.
