About the Role

As our Coordinator Council Services, you'll play a key role in you will be responsible for overseeing municipal and commercial operations, including the management of key personnel working in a remote Service Centre. You will also coordinate operational service delivery and supervise Service Centre Delivery staff in the performance of their duties.

This role is based in one of the vibrant communities of MRC, with community-based housing for non-local applicants—giving you a chance to connect with the people and places that make this region so special.

Who We're Looking For

Are you an experienced coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Do you love being the go-to person for for problem-solving, organisation, communication and multitasking? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role including supervising
• Current NT Driver's License and White card or ability to obtain
• Understanding of the role and services provided by local government
• Ability to obtain and maintain an NT Working with Children (Ochre) Card, along with a satisfactory completion of a Criminal History Check
• Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference.
