LWHC is a not-for-profit charitable organisation providing holistic, trauma-informed health and wellbeing support by women for women. We offer a wide range of services including medical care, counselling, casework, naturopathy, acupuncture, massage, and a wide variety of group programs designed to empower women in our community. Based in Liverpool CBD with staff parking onsite, LWHC was established in 1975 and is a proudly feminist service.

the role

This new role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of service delivery, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and funding agreements. This role ensures compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards and requirements and actively participates in preparing for accreditation in line with the accreditation cycle.

The Operations Manager will monitor service implementation, identify operational challenges, and report on performance, compliance, and risk management to the CEO.

The Operations Manager will be part of an established supportive Operations Team that works together to ensure smooth functioning of our service using a continuous improvement framework, sharing resources, skills, and ideas, and assisting colleagues to maintain a professional standard in the operation of the Centre.
