We are looking for a professional individual that is passionate about the Love Mercy Mission and Vision, and holds relevant leadership and management experience at an executive level. The position is part time, available from mid-March and will be based in our Sutherland Office.

A strategy and plan will be set out for the period to be executed by the ideal candidate. The role requires a confident, mature and entrepreneurial individual who has strengths in relationships and team management. Experience in the not for profit or international aid sector is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

  • Managing the Love Mercy team in Australia, including skills development, performance and driving a positive and inclusive culture in the workplace.
  • Review and approve fundraising communication materials to be shared on social media, digital platforms, major donors and partnerships.

Fundraising:

  • Ensure fundraising plans are on track per the pre approved strategy.
  • Maintain excellent standards of donor reporting across all key stakeholders.
  • Pipeline awareness and delegation of tasks to team.
  • Management and tracking of existing partnerships

Administration:

  • Monthly management of bills and general administration duties.

Position Experience and Requirements:

  • Outstanding operational leadership
  • Experience working in a not for profit environment is highly regarded.
  • The ability to effectively manage and inspire staff and partners.
  • Fundraising experience and pipeline management.
  • Passion and commitment to overall values and culture of LMF.
  • An ability to manage competing agendas and stakeholder requirements.
  • Exceptional time management skills and an ability to mange and delegate to a small team.
