At our Shanty Creek Residential Rehabilitation community, we provide a safe and supportive environment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men and women to find solutions to their drug and alcohol problems.
Located 60km from Cairns, Shanty Creek can support up to 30 residents at a time with a team of 8 – 10 clinical and non-clinical staff.
We are looking for a Team Leader to join us on a full-time, fixed-term contract until the end of June 2025 (with possible extension). The role will be responsible for program development and delivery, including clinical governance. Salary for this position is $102,000 - $107,000 plus Superannuation and Salary Packaging.
With an established career in the AOD sector – either residential or community based – you will be a proactive, dedicated leader looking for your next exciting challenge. You will hold either a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or other Allied Health field, or a lower-level qualification and significant practical experience.
You will also offer the following skills to support your experience:
You will need to have a current, valid Australian Drivers Licence and a National Police Check.
