An exciting opportunity has become available for a Team Leader to oversee the day to day running of our disability program in Port Augusta, provide supervision and support a team of 15-20 Disability Support Workers in residential home settings and clients living in the community. Our service provides support to people with complex issues, including acquired brain injury, mental health, and physical disabilities to live in the community.
You will use your developed organisational and leadership skills to guide your team in providing high standards of support and service to our disability clients so they can reach their goals whilst maintaining an efficient and safe working environment for staff.
This is a full-time permanent position, Monday - Friday. Some intrastate travel is required.
It is a requirement for this role to be part of the Disability Management On-Call rotating roster (Approximately every 5 weeks) that includes the weekend.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
