Working within our Aged Care services team. the position on Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of support services to ageing clients, clients with complex health needs and those requiring post hospital care and support in the community.
This is a Permanent Full Time position, based in Goulburn/Upper Lachlan Shire. Whilst it is anticipated that the days of work for this role will be Monday – Friday, please note that flexibility to work after hours and on weekends (including on-call) may be required in order to meet client support needs.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
