Joining our team in Quakers Hill (Western Sydney) as a Residential Youth Worker you will work directly with a young person living in a 24/7 residential care setting. The successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people who have significant trauma and be passionate about addressing the impacts of abuse, neglect, complex trauma and separation from families on children and young people in care.

As a successful candidate you will be expected to work a variety of shifts across a 24/7 rotating fortnightly roster which may include active nights, weekends and public holiday shifts.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
