About the Role

Our core business in Shailer Park and the Gold Coast is supporting clients who have complex behaviours to live as independently as possible with others or on their own in a proactive environment. 

We are seeking a values driven, positive and highly experienced Program Manager to lead and manage our Aged Care, NDIS and QCSS Services based from our Shailer Park Office. This fast-paced permanent full time position requires somebody that is highly organised with exceptional leadership skills.

The successful incumbent for this position will have strong content knowledge of Aged Care, NDIS, QCSS and will embrace the principles of customer choice and control. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build high performing teams to ensure quality services, staff satisfaction and client outcomes
  • Delivery of the services within budget, aligned to business plans and in line with client needs and plans
  • Develop and enhance operational and administrative systems and procedures to support the effective management of the programs
  • Through strong leadership ensure the program delivers a consistent standard of quality in accordance with regulations, legislation and standards
  • Be respectful and ensure positive outcomes for the people we partner with and support
  • Manage risks and issues arising in the course of service delivery
  • Promote and strengthen positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Skills & Experience

  • Strong content knowledge of Aged Care, NDIS, QCSS, embracing the principles of customer choice and control
  • Demonstrates innovation, personal drive and thrives in a progressive and values driven organisation
  • Ability to influence outcomes through strong leadership and empowerment of teams 
  • Strong advocacy for change and willingness to harness new opportunities to embed new systems and processes
  • Strategic thinking, operational excellence and focus on continuous improvement
  • Significant experience in Aged Care/Disability/QCSS services
  • Degree qualification in Human Services or related discipline  
  • Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities is highly desirable

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
