As the House Manager you will be supporting our clients living in the community with complex mental health needs and social and emotional wellbeing support needs, you will also be responsible for ensuring that people with disability who are living in the local community are supported to live their best life.
You will do this by leading a team of support workers and providing on the ground coaching and supervision, liaising with stakeholders and families to support people to achieve their goals, partner with people to remain connected to their community and culture. You will be energetic, with a passion for partnering with people and engaging in person centred practice.
You will be the house supervisor for a home with a person/people with disability and will have dedicated administration days as well as rostered on to 1-3 shifts per week, dependant on the support needs of the people in the home. You will have the option of also being rostered on one afternoon/evening shift per fortnight and one weekend shift per fortnight if this is what you desire.
You will also participate in an on-call roster on average 3-4 days per month for which you will be financially compensated for.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
