Newly created role for an Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) Home Manager to join our Child, Youth and Family team, managing a Significant Disability Therapeutic Care Home based in Campbelltown (Blair Athol), with occasional travel required to the office in Wollongong.
As an ITC Home Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and rostering staff, managing program budgets and activities and establishing a safe, homelike environment for the Children and Young people in care. The successful candidate will be required to work 3 to 4 days per week on the floor, supporting 4 young people between the ages of 8 to 11, 2 of which have significant intellectual disability.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
