Working with the team in Glen Waverley, you will work to facilitate the delivery of quality services and achieve positive outcomes with and for the 5 clients within the house. This role involves working with clients with various complex medical needs and behaviours and will involve sleepovers. You will be responsible for providing support with activities of daily living and developing, implementing, and monitoring Individual Plans including personal care. In these roles you will work to facilitate the delivery of quality services and achieve positive outcomes with and for the clients within the house.
This is a part-time ongoing position, the roster details outlined as fortnightly hours is detailed below:
