About the role:

These are truly rewarding positions where you will play an important role to support and empower People with Disability who living in your community, to achieve their individual goals.
  
You will have the opportunity to support our clients in their own home, where your will provide assistance that enables our clients to live independently. You will also be involved in our group support services, where our clients are supported to participate in a diverse range of activities and interests

It is expected that the successful application will be willing and able to work in both the Narrabri and Wee Waa  areas as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in daily activities 
• Enable clients to achieve goals'
• Maintenance of progress notes and record keeping 
• Transport 
• Implement development programs, and to identify and support learning opportunities

Skills & experience:

• Certificate III Disability, Community Welfare or similar
• Current First Aid Certificate 
• Unrestricted Drivers Licence 
• Prior knowledge and/or experience supporting People with Disability  

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
