Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will provide financial leadership and stewardship to Life without Barriers (LWB) ensuring financial sustainability and robust Governance. Responsible for the leadership, direction and management of all Finance related teams (circa 45 FTE), you will apply strong financial acumen, analytical, planning and communication skills to work with the Executive team, Board and senior leaders to ensure the organisations commercial outcomes are in alignment with its strategic business objectives.
You will be responsible for the planning, implementation, management, and operationalisation of all finance activities including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and commercial negotiations. You will use data, analysis and insights to lead and support the business’s current and future strategy and financial sustainability. You will find alignment with the LWB Values of Relationships, Imagination, Courage, Respect and Responsiveness.
You will be a transformational Finance leader who is energised by the thought of significantly uplifting the technology, processes and capabilities of the Finance team.
