Responsible for an area that encompasses Biddegal Land (Hurstville), you will work collaboratively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people, and their families to develop and implement case plans. With shared goals and dedication to reaching positive outcomes you will support our Family Based Care program.

This Permanent Full-Time opportunity has the flexibility to be completed from home occasionally, with some travel days required to be out on the road to manage your case load.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check.
