The Intake Officer Foster Care is responsible for developing, streamlining, and maintaining the intake for foster carers and children and young people into foster care nationally. Driving the intake process for new and existing foster carers and providing them with information about Lifestyle Solutions services and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. The Intake Officer Foster Care will be responsible for the scheduling of customer assessments and responding promptly to all enquiries and new referrals providing excellent customer service to continue to grow Lifestyle Solutions customer base.
