About us

The Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM) is a multidisciplinary society of medical doctors, allied health practitioners and health professionals, with a mission to improve the health Australians and New Zealanders through the promotion and advocacy of Lifestyle Medicine.

Lifestyle Medicine is both an evidence-based discipline, and a movement for change. ASLM advocates for innovation in clinical practice - incorporating lifestyle modification and supportive self-management, community programs and health policy, improving health literacy and health equity, social justice, and environmental sustainability.
