    Position Overview

    Are you bright, energetic, and ready for meaningful work? We're expanding our team of support workers to ensure top-notch care for our clients. Immediate start with regular, extended shifts available.

    Responsibilities

    • Domestic duties: Cleaning, laundry, food prep, and shopping.
    • Personal care: Assistance with bathing, grooming, mobility, and more.
    • Respite care: Providing relief to primary caregivers.
    • Social support: Encouraging community engagement and companionship.
    • Transport: Assisting clients in reaching appointments and activities.
    • Medication monitoring (if certified).

    Requirements:

    • Genuine passion for quality disability support.
    • Reliability, independence, and attention to detail.
    • Good physical health for various tasks.
    • Knowledge of safe work practices, especially manual handling.
    • Strong communication skills with diverse backgrounds.
    • Previous NDIS or similar experience (preferred).
    • Background in health, disability, or community services (desirable).
    • Competency in manual handling techniques.

    Necessary Certifications

      • Driver’s license is a MUST
      • Current First Aid Certificate
      • Own Reliable, Roadworthy Transport & Valid vehicle insurance
      • NDIS Worker Screening Check
      • NDIS Quality and Safeguards online worker training
      • Medication Management certification
