Love nursing, but ready for a role with more autonomy, more connection, and a different pace?
If you’re a Registered Nurse looking to step away from the fast pace of hospital or residential settings and into a role where you can build genuine relationships and make a meaningful impact in people’s everyday lives, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
At Leora, our Clinical Care Partner role offers a refreshing shift in pace and purpose. This is a dynamic community-based role where you’ll use your clinical expertise in a hands-on and meaningful way, supporting clients in their homes and local communities through high-quality care, clinical oversight and thoughtful coordination.
Our name, Leora, means light and that’s exactly what we aim to bring: clarity, confidence and care when it matters most.
Leora Healthcare is a multi-award-winning provider delivering disability, aged care and community-based services across Australia. We support people to live with greater independence, wellbeing and choice through high-quality, person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.
We are proud to be recognised not only for the quality of our care, but also for the culture we have built. Leora has been named an Australian Financial Review Best Place to Work for five consecutive years (2021–2025), an HRD Employer of Choice (2023), a Top 100 Global Inspiring Workplace (2023), and a recipient of the Above and Beyond Sydney Disability Staff Recognition Award (2023).
Everything we do is guided by our values: Clients First, Masterful Simplicity, Unleashing Potential, and Do the Right Thing.
We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join us, working across home and community settings to support our growth in Southeast region.
This is a dynamic, field-based role - not a desk job. You'll be out in the community, supporting clients in their homes and local settings, delivering high-quality clinical care and thoughtful case management.
You'll work with people living with disability, those recovering from injury, and individuals requiring age-related care, ensuring support is personalised, respectful and aligned with NDIS and Support at Home (SAH) funding.
