Leisure Options is Australia’s leading provider of supported holidays for people with disabilities. The Leisure Options team are experienced travel specialists that run over 80 holidays each year to local, national and international destinations. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and adaptable person to join our team. The key role of the Relationship Manager is multifaceted and involves management of bookings through the NDIS system along with business promotion through marketing activities and content writing.

The Role

The position requires a motivated and self-directed individual to work across many areas. Essential skills include great attention to detail along with high literacy and writing abilities. Tasks and responsibilities of this role are grouped into the following areas:

• Bookings Management
• Business Promotion
• Office Administration

Experience and Skills

• Knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) will be beneficial in this role
• Able to initiate and drive communications and marketing strategy for the organisation, but you’re equally happy rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into the day-to-day details of business administration
• Ability to articulate informative, uplifting and meaningful messages to internal and external stakeholders using Leisure Option’s concise voice and messaging
• Proficient use of IT systems and processes including Microsoft, Outlook, internet and email applications
• Understanding of invoicing and budgeting and enjoy working with numbers
• Highly developed interpersonal skills that gain the attention and cooperation of internal and external stakeholders
• Self-motivated and relentlessly strive to achieve results and are unwilling to leave problems unsolved
• Detail and process-oriented, but flexible enough to adapt ideas for optimal results, and open to feedback and collaboration
• A genuine interest in travel and tourism and helping people achieve their dreams
