Your new role

  • Partner with leaders across all P&C functions from recruitment and onboarding to L&D, performance, and IR #varietyplus
  • Be a strategic problem-solver, coach, and trusted advisor to our teams
  • Lead exciting projects aligned with our strategic plan and values
  • Take the lead on project managing programs of interest E.g. Annual remuneration benchmarking, LMS implementation, Talent and EVP attraction, Compliance automation, Quarterly data insights etc.
  • Help us embed our values, wellbeing and safety in every part of our employee experience
  • Use data insights, technology and automation to give you more time for high-value work and dialogue

About you

  • 5–8 years’ experience, including at least 2 years in a business partnering or advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian HR legislation and a passion for contemporary HR practices.
  • Excellent communicator, with great attention to detail and systems savvy.
  • Values-driven, collaborative, and loves to see others thrive.
  • Excited to work in a purposeful, agile, and people-first environment.
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, strategic and volume recruitment is highly regarded.
  • Location: Based in Sydney with flexible hybrid working options
  • Status: Part time four days or full time permanent - flexible hours
  • Remuneration: Competitive salary + >$18,000 salary packaging benefits + PD benefits + annual salary review
  • Reports to: General Manager - People and Culture
