We are currently seeking applications for a role within our Employment Team.

We are currently seeking applications to work within our Employment Team based in Canberra. The role will give you the opportunity to work across a variety of industries and networks as you work alongside job seekers to assist them into long-term employment.

In the role, you will be the first point of contact for our Employment Team.

You will use your creativity, innovation and flair to engage with our talented job seekers, the local business community and the broader community sector with a focus on building the LEAD brand.

You will be responsible for supporting our clients looking to enter the workforce or currently in employment requiring additional tailored supports.

As a member of the Canberra Team, you will work closely with job seekers to assist with pre-employment and work preparation activities. The role will also see you work closely with our employers to maintain these important relationships. In addition, you will use your skills and experience to build new relationships with the business community to create further opportunities for our clients.
