We are seeking a dynamic and innovative manager, passionate about team development and client focused outcomes to lead our highly skilled team.

In this role you will be leading a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, which will include allied health, district nursing and general practice services. You will be supported by an experienced team of administration support and team leads. You will work alongside our staff and community to design, develop, implement and evaluate a full range of primary health services.

To be successful, you will require:

  • A university level qualification in either business, health science, nursing or relevant health background
  • Previous health management experience or equivalent
  • An innovative outlook to service delivery and management of a team
