We are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Workplace Trainer who is looking to grow and further develop their career with an organisation dedicated to giving back to the community.
The Early Childhood Workplace Trainer supports the training and development needs of the ECEI Team, delivering training in line with the best practice, family centred approach. As the Early Childhood Workplace Trainer, you will work collaboratively with other ECEI Workplace Trainers and you will work across service delivery areas to ensure consistency of practice. The Early Childhood Workplace Trainer will support induction processes, provide shadowing, mentoring and coaching to Early Childhood Coordinators along with supporting Early Childhood Coordinators with complex planning and short term interventions. In addition, the Early Childhood Workplace Trainer will hold a flexible caseload including complex cases.
