Our Women's Services Crisis Accommodation is a residential facility with 15 single client rooms. The service provides temporary accommodation (for up to 12 weeks), case management, transitional support and other women’s related services to assist clients in achieving dignified and sustainable housing and health & wellbeing outcomes.

As Coordinator – Case Management, you'll be responsible for providing effective leadership to your team to ensure program provision is delivered with a trauma informed and feminist approach, using the Launch Housing Practice Framework as a benchmark to guide best practice. You'll be part of the on-call roster and will be accountable for day-to-day case management practices and service delivery across all services delivered from the Women Services, including Pregnancy Outreach and Cornelia Programs.
You'll also be part of a program that provides support to women outside the residential facility, through transitional support, and site-based programs. There is a small level of travel expected across the Women Services sites, which are all in close proximity to each other.
As a Coordinator, you'll ensure your team is well-informed about Launch happenings, especially where it relates directly to the team’s work. You'll support your staff by role modelling the Launch Housing Values, being approachable, and ensuring that every team member has a development plan and attends all relevant training for their role. You'll support them through regular supervision and feedback, and set clear and fair performance expectations for the team.
Special conditions: Launch Housing is relying on exceptions contained in sections 28, 60 and 88 of the EO Act to employ and accommodate women and those who identify themselves as transgender or cisgender women at this site.
