  • Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 pro rata (based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major project focused on enhancing climate resilience in agricultural landscapes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in conservation-focused project delivery, particularly those that involve spatial modelling and ecological monitoring.The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience managing complex, multidisciplinary environmental or conservation projects.
  • Expertise in data-driven project design and implementation, particularly those incorporating landscape-scale spatial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of ecological monitoring methodologies and how they inform adaptive land management.
  • A track record of building and maintaining community partnerships, with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the project's full lifecycle—from planning and implementation to monitoring and reporting—while ensuring collaboration between landholders, researchers, and regional partners.
