Landcare Tasmania is the peak body supporting the grassroots Landcare movement across the state. As a not-for-profit and registered charity, we empower over 7,000 volunteers through our 300 member groups to protect and enhance Tasmania’s natural and working landscapes. About the Role

As our Office Services Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations—ensuring the smooth running of our Hobart CBD office while providing key support to our team and stakeholders. This dynamic role combines strong organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal communication to create a welcoming and efficient environment for staff, members, and visitors.

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound communications (calls, emails, visitors)
  • Coordinating office and facilities services, including repairs and maintenance
  • Overseeing office supplies and vendor relationships
  • Providing IT support, liaising with external IT contractors
  • Ensuring workplace health & safety compliance
  • Supporting diary management and administration for leadership

This role is based in-office due to its hands-on nature, with occasional travel for events or meetings.
