Do you want to use your writing, project management, and strategic thinking skills to make a difference for children and young people? Kids First Australia are seeking a manager to drive revenue that will support the continuation and growth of services across Australia that improve the life trajectories of children and young people.
Your new role
As Manager, Tenders & Submissions you will:
- Lead and deliver Kids First's tendering, submission and bid processes for the purpose of funding high quality, innovative, children youth and family services
- Maintain a brief of funding opportunities available across government, corporate, and philanthropic sources and recommend those Kids First is best positioned to respond to
- Use your strategic thinking, relationship-building, and project management skills to deliver timely responses to funding opportunities
- Draw on external research and contemporary sector and market knowledge to ensure Kids First is presenting effective, best practice service models to government, corporate, and philanthropic funders
- Proactively align Kids First with the policy and purchasing frameworks of all levels of government.
About you
- 5+ years' experience in a bid, tender, policy, proposal, or submission writing and coordination role
- Confident in establishing and maintaining mechanisms for effective governance, compliance, and decision-making regarding funding opportunities
- Strong project manager and expert co-ordinator of both timely delivery and internal and external team collaboration
- Demonstrated experience securing revenue and resourcing for service delivery.
