This position is funded under Commonwealth Government Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS) Program. The service aims to equip humanitarian entrants and other vulnerable migrants (other vulnerable young people) from Afghan community with the knowledge and skills to identify, understand and take action to address their identified settlement needs. The service activity has a focus on social participation, economic well-being, independence, personal well-being and community connectedness.

This position is with the Kateb Hazara Association (KHA) and it will be working across NSW Afghan Settlement Partnership (NASP) Consortium that includes three other Afghan-led organisation. The Data Entry and Administration Officer is responsible for accurately inputting and managing data within the Kateb Hazara Association's databases and SETS DEX online data management system This role ensures that data is entered promptly, accurately, and maintained efficiently to support the NASP's operational and administrative needs.

We are looking for a person with strong interpersonal and communication skills and an interest in working and growing in the settlement and multicultural sector. The position classification is under Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services (SCHADS) Industry Award 2010, Level 4.
