About the Role:

The Recruitment and Panel Manager role is responsible for the overall recruitment process of prospective Foster Carers and Adoptive parents regarding recruiting, training, and assessing Foster Carers and prospective adoptive parents. Additionally, you would contribute to the delivery of an effective foster carer and prospective adoptive parent recruitment strategy through coordinating the relevant processes and ensuring a wide range of related recruitment activities in line with statutory and agency requirements.

About You:

You have demonstrated experience and knowledge of the child protection and out-of-home care sector along with relevant degree qualifications in Social Work and a commitment to high standards of practice with a passion for ensuring quality and integrity in all that you do.

You have experience working in a complex and challenging environment and have effectively led and managed a team.

Ultimately, your skills, experience and knowledge enable you to successfully achieve the responsibilities and outcomes required of the role.
