KereKere Green is a breezy coffeehouse set within the Fitzroy Gardens Visitor Centre offering light breakfast, lunch and a range of freshly baked cakes and pastries.

The KereKere Manager creates the tone and personality of KereKere by managing a positive environment and curating the KereKere experience.

The Manager role models KereKere standards of behaviour and coordinates employee development. They are the focal point for authority, leadership and excellence and as part of this they are required to go out of their way to build and strengthen relationships with staff, customers and other stakeholders.

The Manager is the driver of marketing implementation along with financial targets and is responsible for inventory and financial management, including sales and wastage budgets.

The Manager work closely with the Managing Director and Assistant Managers. They directly supervise Assistant Managers / All Rounders / Kitchen Coordinator and continually work with staff to improve the KereKere experience.
