As the Operations Manager of Home Care Packages you will lead a team committed to delivering high quality Home Care Packages to older Australians in need of support to live independently in their community and/or residential setting (excluding Residential Aged Care) and services to help people stay connected to their community.
Home Care Packages are for people who require a coordinated approach to the delivery of their supports including daily tasks and more complex care needs associated with ageing, disability and health care and mental health support needs. Supports are coordinated using a person directed approach and services can include assistance with household tasks, equipment, minor home modifications personal and clinical care such as nursing, allied health and physiotherapy services.
