We are currently recruiting a Permanent Full Time Service Coordinator to join our passionate, supportive office team in Newington.
We are looking for passionate, organised, dependable Service Coordinators with experience in Aged Care & Disability coordination.
A successful candidate will have
This role is an office based position, providing individual and personalised support to aged & disability customers in accordance with their support plans. Staff will perform an integral role in ensuring services are delivered to customers ethically, honestly and working within the framework of the Governing Body. The coordinator is responsible for coordinating the delivery of services using a team of community support professionals (CSPs). The role involves liaising Service Coordinators and customers to ensure services are provided in accordance with the customer’s assessed needs and support professional’s availability. The overall responsibility is to provide quality operational services, while maintaining efficiency and cost effectiveness and meeting compliance and procedural requirements.
