Just Better Care Eastern Suburbs is looking for a Part-time Compliance Officer to join our caring and dynamic office team in Mascot, NSW.
The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the business operates in accordance with JBC Business Operating System, adhering to the system developed and work together with team members to deliver quality services, striving to exceed individual customers’ and key funders’ expectations.

What you will need
- Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role or Case Management role, and supervising, supporting and training staff.
- Ability to work flexibly to respond to organisational and legislative requirements.
- Experience maintaining computerised customer information systems.
- High level administrative and organisational skills.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute positively to the team.
- Current and clear Criminal Record Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Current Drivers Licence, First Aid Certificate / CPR.
- Knowledge of continuous quality improvement principles.
- Excellent people and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work as part of a Team and maintain good working relationships.
- Knowledge, training or experience on state based return to work legislative requirements or willingness to attend relevant training.
Desirable
- Previous experience in the health / aged care, non for profit, community services sector.
- Experience in the application of a Quality Improvement Program.
