If so, here is a perfect opportunity to join our team as Residential Youth Worker in our PaSP (Program and Support Package) Program.
Junction is seeking future talent to be part of the PaSP program which is expanding and looking for people who are committed to make an impact in the lives of young people. This role is very crucial in supporting and empowering vulnerable young people to overcome challenges and thrive. The best part of this role is that each day is different, and it gives you the chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of those under your care by creating a strong sense of home, assisting them in developing social and living skills and celebrating their successes along the way.
You will get to plan daily activities, working closely with clients, while also liaising with government and non-government agencies as well as members of the community to advocate for continued access and support for activities and services.
