inhousing provides an innovative property management service, specialising in managing accessible, affordable homes for people living with disability.
We are looking for a quality candidate to join our team and help coordinate our growing property portfolio of homes that uphold tenant control and choice and set the scene for valued membership of community life.
The successful applicant will have strong values in social justice and the rights of people living with disability and will be committed to building the practice of neighbourliness into our housing stock, so tenants move into valued membership of their neighbourhood.

For this role we are looking for an experienced person who can coordinate day to day property and tenancy management issues. Ideally you will have experience and/or qualifications in residential property management and a drive to move beyond standard property management.
You will work as part of a team to identify prospective tenants, manage customer queries and wait lists, respond to maintenance request and inspect properties. You will work with internal and external stakeholders including support providers, tradespeople and contractors to ensure individual tenant needs are met.
Excited about linking prospective tenants to the right house to achieve a great outcome, you will have excellent communication skills, be well organised and interested in understanding individual’s needs and goals.
This role is for a person who can build effective relationships with a wide range of people and navigate issues in a manner which achieves a positive outcome. Experience working with people living with disability is not a necessary requirement however you will need to be committed to social inclusion, outstanding property management and continuous learning.
The role will be appointed based on merit and people living with disability are encouraged to apply. Working from home is normal practice.
There are multiple positions available and contracted hours can be negotiated as can working from home. Contracts are for two years with a probationary term of 6 months.
