Marriott Support Services is a purpose driven, non profit NDIS service provider with a proud 50 year history of delivering a wide variety of disability support including employment programs and social enterprises. It enjoys genuine loyalty from its clients, their carers and the community, backed up by a dedicated volunteer cohort.

Reporting to the GM Operations, your brief is to fulfil a growth mandate to help take Marriott through the next phase of its evolution. You will promote a culture of sustainable expansion, in alignment with the Strategic Plan, with the best interests of your clients remaining a constant imperative. Your team includes 4 direct subordinates, with budget responsibility of nearly $4M.

A seasoned leader and manager in the disability or aged care sectors, you are an energetic doer with an engaging personality and the ability to inspire. Your mindset is innovative and creative, with a real willingness to explore new directions and opportunities for enhancement.
