Their multi-disciplinary team provides information, education and peer support services to those with Parkinson’s, their families and carers, and health professionals.

In-line with their values, Parkinson’s Victoria are looking to undergo a digital transformation project, to transform their systems and modernise the way they work. As such, they are looking for an experienced Project Lead to help make this transformation a success!

The Role

You will be leading the Digital Transformation across the business, including leading procurement, change management and implementation. The project includes numerous systems and platforms, including CRM, Website, Fundraising, Learning Management, etc.

The role will involve:

  • Develop all specifications and gain approval for business suitability of digital design specifications
  • Communicate effectively and in timely manner to stakeholders to gather requirements, report on progress, engage in testing and to support smooth go live/release
  • Undertake procurement process and appointment of technology solution providers
  • Lead project implementation and the project team through all stages of planning, analysis and implementation
  • Develop and regularly report on progress to project implementation plan, risks, budget and milestones
  • Lead continuous improvement and current system refinement processes and practices

The Person

To be successful you will need:

  • Qualification in Project Management/full membership of the AIPM
  • Prior experience leading and implementing similar projects
  • Strong values alignment with a people focused, not for profit organisation
  • High level of stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to effectively prioritise competing deadlines

The Offer

You’ll be joining a people centric community organisation, with a welcoming and supportive culture. This will be an 18-24 month fixed term contract to see the project to completion, with an attractive salary plus not for profit salary packaging.
