Enterprise Learning Projects (ELP) is an extremely innovative, dynamic organisation, committed to driving positive change within Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Our mission is to support Indigenous entrepreneurs, businesses, and community initiatives in achieving their goals and making a lasting impact. We are currently seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team in two exciting Program Officer roles - one for our Incubation Program and the other for our Impact North program.
Our Incubation program is a 12 month+ intensive support program which supports remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander entrepreneurs who are looking to grow or evolve their existing businesses and expand their networks and skills.
Impact North is a stand-alone initiative of Enterprise Learning Projects. It is a community for Northern Australian innovators who are creating social, environmental and cultural impact through their businesses. At Impact North we are building a collaborative peer network to motivate and support our entrepreneurs.
Due to the continued growth and success of our entrepreneurial programs, we are excited to be recruiting for 2 x new Program Officer positions:
Position 1: Program Officer (Incubation Program)
Position 2: Program Officer (Impact North Program)
Both positions offer you the opportunity to make a difference in supporting entrepreneurs, to achieve lasting impactful outcomes, with the following key responsibilities:
This is a chance to work in a highly collaborative organisation, which will also provide you the opportunity to gain experience in other programs and services.

These roles both offer an extraordinary opportunity to contribute with purpose and help empower remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander entrepreneurs, to transform their communities through enterprise.
You will be supported to upskill in areas that you may need for your role and with the team you will have the opportunity to attend events and forums. Support is also available to develop and learn more in terms of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural awareness and connection. This is a continual practice in the organisation.
The starting salary for both roles is $80 - $85k + super and ELP offers competitive remuneration packages, including salary sacrifice, with travel expenses (flights, driving, accommodation, and meals) covered for work-related travel. Leave includes time off in lieu to support out-of-hours travel.
The ELP office is based in Parap, Darwin, but we are open to considering candidates who wish to be based in other Northern Territory locations, including Tennant Creek, Nhulunbuy, or Alice Springs.
If you’re a dedicated and passionate person who aligns with ELP's mission and wants to make a difference in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, we strongly encourage you to apply.
